End-to-end migration and rollout of a new administrative platform at Ernst-Reuter-Schule, Berlin — a Gymnasium of roughly 1,200 students and 120 teaching staff. The previous system held years of accumulated data and workflows; the new one had to absorb all of it without disrupting day-to-day school operations.
I led the project end-to-end: requirements engineering with school leadership and the Berlin Senate, vendor coordination through the migration window, training for staff, and a documented cut-over with clean operational records on the other side. No rollback was required.
